Clearvoice surveys, which I have just signed up for, seems to be amazing. I have only just signed up and withing the first week I received 2 survey invitations, each was for 3.00$ It does not have a referral program, but it makes up for what it lacks with the amount of surveys it sends. The only negative thing is that there is not a lot of choice in the rewards department but there are some pretty decent rewards. www.clearvoicesurveys.com.
